I thought I heard this was sodium nitrate, which would make sense. It’s a red cloud and sodium nitrate is not only a fertilizer but also a propellant.

I’m not a bomb maker. Is this stuff used to make bombs? I’ve heard reports that this was a terrorist stash.

They aren’t officially. Trump passed that EO asking everybody to think real hard about designating them as such, but it’s not happening any time soon.

I don’t think you kill people to hide evidence. Israel knows when arms shipments are coming in to any port on the Mediterranean, and are like hawks on picking off Iranian proxies who bring weapons near their border. The only thing I can think of is hezbollah or Lebanon purposely did this, and will blame Israel. Think of it as a false flag so Lebanon/Iran/China/Syria can attack Israel.
