LOL he buried nothing. He's got a billion melt-inducing issues going on at once. You could say that he's buried his wall talk (he hasn't, it's been all over the news for a few days now) with any number of his signed EOs.

You & all the libs are the dummys. He was simply tossing out several red herrings, to distract them, and they, you all fell for it. He's many things but dumb he is not. I seem to recall having heard this description all during the primaries & then all during the general election. And look where he is today. POTUS.
