Trump is being dumb

I wanted to post this two days ago but was running around so much with real-life work I did not have the time.
What was Trumps signature issue?
Drain the swamp? Kinda, but not the biggest one. Reform the tax code? No, not in my opinion. End stupid trade deals? Well, that really might be tied for first place.
But IMO his biggest issue for supporters was "We are going to build a wall, it will be a long, great, big wall, and it will stop the illegals, and Mexicos is going to pay for it".
So what does he do? Two days ago, he sits down and writes and executive order that symbolically starts the build the wall process. It is mostly symbolism, that is true, but symbolism matters in politics, everyone knows that.
If he had stopped there, the story of the day would have been about Trump and the wall. The erections of Trump supporters would have been ten times those provided by Viagra.
Yet the dummy insists on that day of making the story his popularity, how many people were out to watch his inaugural and online, and how if not for fraud he would have won.
He buried his own biggest story. Instead of the story being the wall, which to this day has been talked about and covered, sure, but not to the extend it could have been, it is about his hurt feelings about people sayig there weren't that many people at there last week and that Hillary won more popular votes.
The guy is a total dumbass. Trump STOP THIS! Stop stepping on your own best narratives!

We didn't vote for him because he's some pseudo-intellectual. We voted for him because we're tired of being everyone's bitch, tired of pussy liberal policies and because he gets stuff done, evidenced by his first week in office.

You really don't get what he's doing? He throws a big smelly piece of cheese for all of the media rats to jump on. While they're focusing on that he's implementing his agenda.

Most Americans can focus on multiple events in a day.
But the MSM can only focus effectively on one or two opposition stories per week!
If they attack it all they expose their biased and ineffective war against him.
He's killing them, and the water level is subsiding!
Democrats can't keep up, so they have decided to slow and opose all.
They see how the Republicans used this strategy to win.
But Obama's policies failed, and his opponents won.
Trump's policies will work, and they will fail.
Not only do elections have consequences, so do results!

He clearly knows your type can only focus on one thing at a time. So he dumps that out there (and its still the only thing you can talk about), yet hes moved on to the wall, Theresa May, Crime in the inner cities, jobs, halting refugees, defunding Obamacare, etc). At this pace he knows you will never catch up. And all he has to do is trot out Spicer and talk about the inauguartion to keep you in line
