Trump: Human trafficking has been going on "from the beginning of time", but worse now

From Trump speech today in Long Island.
Vid of the comments in his speech today
Human trafficking a problem "from the beginning of time"
"Think of it. What they do"
Worse now than ever "in the history of this world".
Note: He states this while making an inverted triangle gesture with both hands.
Remember, symbolism and code mean a bunch to some (not much to most on this board)
"We need a wall, but we also need it for the drugs"
Watch/listen to the vid before you call me crazy...
What do you think he is referencing with this kind of talk?

That's from 2013. 30 million slaves in 2013. As far as numbers go that is probably more than at any time in recorded history.
