Collins is a smart and shrewd politician. While on paper her voting record looks weak as hell, can anyone name a single time ehe voted the wrong way when she was actually the deciding vote? Guaranttee if she votes no, it's with Cocaine Mitch's blessing.

Collins should come out and say that she had planned to vote no because she wanted to wait until after the election. However, after watching ACB's committees hearings, she can’t imagine that anyone would be more qualified. She should praise Amy Coney Barrett for being one of the most qualified and most brilliant judicial nominees she's ever seen. Further, her credentials are second to none. Therefore, there is no possible way she could vote against this eminently qualified individual to be on the Supreme Court.
