Sometimes you have to pickup what marbles you have left and go home. Plus congress was riding his arse to end the war. We are not ready for the modern warfare of cheap drones. Lastly, I think he is trying to salvage the midterms.

Honestly, that's the problem..I can't get bullet points easily. Because there basically are none. I'd appreciate you grabbing a few positive ones. He threw away Obama era deal, so I expect ANYONE, liberal or conservative, can show where we got ANYTHING better, or was achieved.
