in fact, last week, the first thing he talked about during Desantis's announcement was how good of friends he was with Kim.
It may be true, I am asking for evidence to support this , or is this merely your interpretation of "congratulations"

He does not say anything about that in this post. Last week he said he and Kim would be close friends. Last week.
And then this.
He doesn't even vaguely reference a shot at WHO, and Trump might be the least subtle person on earth.

Trump attempted to pull us out of the WHO, but the effective date of the pull out was 1 year after he announced it, so it never went into effect.
In other words, the US never left the WHO.

No that’s what you’d see if Desantis were to shock the world and make it to the White House, but after six months all of the country’s problems and issues haven’t been alleviated. Dude doesn’t even know what all they are.
