Jenna Ellis of all people being a victim of LAWFARE is a depressing indicator of The Left’s thirst for tyranny. There will be so many pardons in 2024.

If this is true she should be able to beat the case, she waived the white flag.

Nobody is wrongfully convicted ever! you moron.

she took unsupervised probation. That isn’t waving the white flag. That is literally zero punishment.

Glad to know you are one of the disgusting boot kickers that supports weaponizing government against political opposition.

I've seen some really interesting takes in this thread.

She's pleading guilty and facing a career ending disbarment as a result. I don't really get how people who worked for Trump, ostensibly a billionaire who raised hundreds of millions for legal defense, are struggling with "lawfare," etiher.

If there's so much evidence, why do the lawyers keep pleading guilty that the 'evidence' is fake? If there's so much evidence of a stolen election, why are the lawyers flipping first? If this is such a weak case, why aren't they fighting?

If you were actually a lawyer you would know that this language is included in every single plea agreement ever when there are co-defendants.

I admire your belief.

I was going to say conviction, but it seemed a tad on the nose.

Dude. Do you know how often people take a plea deal to avoid wrongful conviction? Especially a plea deal with literally no consequence?

Why waste a huge amount of funds? You also have to worry about a corrupt jury being in Atlanta. Why waste the time and money. Its a misdemeanor so she will get unsupervised probation LOL. There will be no disbarment.

The lawyers keep pleading guilty to avoid getting tied up with unnecessary legal bills. The evidence of a stolen election will be presented when Trump is in court. The case is extremely weak but you have to worry about a biased court and jury.
