Trump gutted OCare last week. People on your side are filing lawsuits

The wall is going up. Mexicans aren't impressed, according to the MSM

At this point I’m starting to think Trump is just testing his base to see what kind of classless and reprehensible shite he can say and they’ll still defend.

No disrespect, bd...but you just don't get it if you think the Base cares on whit about ANYTHING Trump says. We only care about what he DOES. In general, what he (outlandishly) says is usually indirectly in support of his ultimate Policy...as it undermines the Opposition.

The Left/MSM attacks Trump...he counter punches. Like Bannon says..."a streetfighter". Or George Patton in the field. Killshots!

"Classless" and "reprehensible"... . Like Obama was classless and reprehensible when he use the IRS/NSA against the Tea Party.

Dude, we are far beyond words; other than words power to affect Politics and relative power.

1. Trump said,
quote:

"Why doesn't he show his birth certificate? There's something on that birth certificate that he doesn't like."

2. Trump also said,
quote:

"As far as other representatives, I don't know. You could ask General Kelly, did he get a call from Obama"

#1 is a pure Trump horseshite statement that implies some big lie, without actually saying it's true.

As for #2, it sure smells the same.

And no offense to you, but things are never as melodramatic as you make them seem. He is still the leader of the free world and it does matter what he says and how he carries himself. We can certainly tlak about his actions and policies implemented or not yet implemented, but there is a gravitas and prestige that comes with the office and he frankly either doesn't get it or doesn't care. I can't say I'm totally surprised coming from a guy who would pretend to be a publicist to call into gossip rags to talk about how big his dick was, but you'd hope the gravity and magnitude of the office would eventually cut through his egomaniacal facade of bullshite.

And it used to be conservatives and the like had principles. However, Obama and the Left have totally mindfricked you to the point that you'd vote for a moldy ham sandwich if it somehow told you it would "save Western civilization from the Left and SJWs".

It really is sad to see how far you guys have fallen intellectually.

Touche, and well spoke re your pov, bd. That said...you STILL miss the central point. We firebombed Dresden and nuked Japan...all for the cause of what that Flag represents. It's a particular Ideology, and absolutely CONTRARY to Obama/Progressive Ideology. Across the cultural/political/philosophical spectrum.

There is no "intellectual fall"; Conservatives do have A Principal. And that is to defeat Global Authoritarian Socialist Ideology in this Country and hold on to Constitutional Freedom. Trump is best suited to accomplish this job...just like Patton and Eisenhower were to do their dirty work.

Simple as that. You wrote 3 paragraphs talking words and feelings...as if that should matter. It's irrelevant in the fight for control and power. There is no way the Left ever abandons their desire to "fundamentally change the Nation". Or compromises. Educated Conservatives know this...and it's been gloves off since Obama sicced the IRS on the Tea Party.

No doubt that issue was broached with Kelley at some point.

Trump and Kelly probably talked about it privately and Trump's first reaction was, "you gotta be fricking kidding me?"

When your best response is "BUT OBAMA?!" It isn't a particularly good response.

Yeah, I can totally see Obama or Bush doing this

Whataboutism aside, I don’t understand why you get upset when someone criticizes Trump’s behavior as not being what a typical politician would do. Isn’t that exactly why you like the guy, because he isn’t a normal politician??

Oh damn. Trump is going to double down on this topic.

Trump knew before the first comment that Kelley didn't get a call. Then he let it unfold into his palm.

I just lost a bit of respect for Kelly if he was in on this from the getgo.

I don’t think he was, but he can’t come out and undermine Trump so publicly.

Most of us are sick of robotic establishment lobbyist mouthpieces.

It's refreshing to see a billionaire jackass act like a normal dude in politics. And it's hilarious to see all the robots and shills react like he's some sort of alien psycho when he's just a normal dude.

Elected government office is supposed to be normal people doing a civil service and then going back to their lives. Not failed lawyers and prostitutes making a career out of sitting in DC and getting fat.

Odd time to throw his base some red meat when the NFL/Jemille Hill stuff is still working quite well.

He should have saved this for when he really needed it.

Bet the farm that trump supporters that think he is a normal guy are just as petty as he is, they dont see it because that is their normal state.

Well it's sad that you fail to recognize the left has been pulling the right to the left for the last 50 years, at least. Now you want to criticize us for that? Take your strict conservative mantra and go run for political somewhere, anywhere and see just how bad your arse will get whipped at the polls.

I don't like it one bit either but you have to be realistic here.
