If humans were to hypothetically take a planet (with an atmosphere similar to our own) and introduce massive amounts of green house gasses, water vapor,
CO2, etc.. over hundreds of years.. it would have the exact same weather patterns/climate as it would without human intervention.

True or false?

I'm obviously going with false.

has long since abandoned this board and will not answer your pleas here, unfortunately.

Oh, and to the original question, undecided. I need to see unbiased and unaltered research before I can make up my mind.

Does that exist in this politically charged climate? Rhetorical.

False. You believe that there's some big bubble around the earth holding the air in? Surely meteorites would have popped it by now

The real truth is that there is air all in space but astronauts wear facemasks because in space you get sunburned really quick

You're a false prophet of climate change.

Raw data shouldn't be difficult to find. I'm basically just asking.. if we were to multiply our current global emissions by 10 (including volcanic activity, methane from cattle, etc).. would climate change then be observable?

Arguing in favor of "proof of concept".. I'm not an alarmist climate change person. IMO climate is something we should strive to control.

Can't answer a true or false question? Or won't answer?

you do realize that we are nowhere near the top producers of CO2 or water vapor in the atmosphere, right?

no...no you didnt.

You just can't comprehend the size and quantity differences of the volume of the earth's atmosphere versus what we produce.

Question, if someone farts on the other side of the superdome, do you smell it?

same thing.

Let's run with that analogy a little bit. I like it

The answer is no. It is insignificant. What if it was 1,000 people farting? 10,000? 50,000? Would you eventually smell it?

CO2, etc.
Well the CO2 component is the one you are interested in. Right?

So the mass of atmospheric CO2 per unit volume on Mars is not very dissimilar to that on Earth. Mars is cold.

Yep, false. The green house effect isn't complicated. Greenhouse gasses don't do much to stop the peak wavelengths coming from the sun, and are comparatively better at trapping the peak wavelengths (in the infrared spectrum) emitted by the Earth. Pretty simple.
