now I only look for Sara Carter or a couple other guests. But he's such a bad interviewer I leave during good guests at least 50% of the time because he refuses to shut - his - fricking - mouth.
This has been my approach for a year now - I applaud his tenacity but he could be so much greater if he allowed his guests to talk.
Now I only tune in if there is come big development during the day or he is slated for some good guests. Haven't made it trhru a full show in a while.

Yes he does, which is why he is far from my favorite talk show host. I usually agree with his points and opinions but he is so boring and robotic when giving them that he just isn't entertaining. He has no ability to go off script. Take Limbaugh for example, if a caller makes a point that Limbaugh thinks is significant and had not thought of prior to the call he can drop his formatting sheets and run with the point for ten minutes. Hannity can't, if a caller makes a point he hasn't already written into the shows rundown he doesn't have the ability to go anywhere with it. This is also why Hannity's show is not as entertaining as say Limbaugh, Dana Losch, or even Glenn Beck. In order to be humorous and witty on live radio you have to be able to go off script and improvise. Those shows have hosts who can do that. Hannity doesn't show that ability very often.

It’s time for him to move on and leave the prime time spot to TUCK
I would love to see Lisa Kennedy get her show moved over to the main Fox News Channel but I suspect the head honchos at Fox don't think she is serious enough to be put in that line up. I would argue that the whole line up is too serious and needs someone with some witty snark about them. It might help them attract some of the 175 year old and under demographic.

quote:Sean is a good guy, but this is so true.
Good idea - if he would just stop with his recitation of '33K e-mails bleached acid washed, beaten with hammers yak yak yak " crap he would have a great show.
But he cannot help himself - he will have a great guest on and just when they are gettin to their reveal of the latest research he interrupts with his parroting of the same 'bleach bit' crap he had already recited 3 times already - then out of time for the segment@@@@@!!
drives me insane - cannot stand it.
The worst is what you said. A guest will be giving the latest on dates, scoop and Sean will stop them cold no matter if they are giving the true date of Jesus' return and say, am I right 33 000 e-mails, bleach bit, bought and paid for dossier? Am I right or not?

I fast forward his opening monologues and stop it when I see Sara or DCpeople speaking. If he cut out these opening things he could do something else with the time.
I think him and Maddow are having a running bet on who can filibuster the longest without coming up for air or a commercial break.

THIS. My brother and I were talking the other day about the catch phrases Hannity trots out over and over and over and over and over.
"Hillary's 33,000 emails"
"Hillary bought and paid for dossier"
"Rev Wright of the Church of GD America"
"Bleachbit"
"Pigs in a blanket. Fry'em like bacon"
