FWIW, about 75% of the time I just use Amazon as a search engine. Once I find what I'm looking for I then exit Amazon and order directly from the company. It's usually a little cheaper buying directly than passing though Amazon.

Amazon is getting too big.

For what kind of stuff? I use Amazon for research too, but for a lot of stuff (off the top of my head, Under Armor, FitBit, any sunglass company, etc.) Amazon is cheaper than the product maker. Plus 2 day shipping or less, and 5% back.
I can sometimes find other retailers that are cheaper, but not that often.

I'm not very good at Trump speak
I'm pretty good at Trump speak however I don't know what internet taxes he is referring to. Maybe he's suggesting a federal internet tax? But that would be a consumption tax and that's clearly not authorized by the constitution.

The Trumpkins have no idea with this incoherent tweet means, yet they are fappng to it. Typical

Mostly tools, tool parts and cooking stuff.
ETA: you seem to be right about name brand products...but I don't usually purchase that stuff. My wife buys that stuff. She even buys my cloths for me and I like it that way.

Not only that, but we get same day shipping on some items, plus Amazon Prime is the shite, and their customer service is top notch.
I'm not quite sure what the point is knocking Amazon

Yeah I get a lot of stuff same or one day now.
I will say that Amazon is a little reliable than 3-4 years ago. But they just opened an Amazon Prime Now distribution center like 3 miles from my house, so I can now get a bunch of stuff within about 30 minutes, which is nice.

Some MAGA entrepreneur should launch Shitty Right-Wing Amazon. Call it Vistula or one of those strong European rivers instead of some third world cuckery. You'd sell hundreds of memberships to Vistula Alpha on pure signaling even if you only offered free shipping on kekistan flags and liberal tears mugs.

Where is a consumption tax authorized by the constitution? In fact this is the biggest road block to the Fair Tax (a consumption tax).
I guess you could call it an excise tax however those taxes are collected before the sale.

But that begs the question; if article 1, section 8 authorizes the federal government to "to lay and collect taxes" why was the 16th amendment necessary?

Trumpkins all praised him during the debate when he said he was smart enough not to pay taxes. Now they are going to shite on amazon for doing the same thing.
