There is no reason to sit on someone once they are cuffed. Also, IDK if it is a great idea to just randomly shoot people up with drugs as an EMT.

Brutal.

Reminder: if your loved one is suffering from a mental health break, I do not recommend you call police. Calling EMS can also trigger a police response.

Transport them yourself to a mental health facility that accepts walk-ins may be a far better option.

Not only was he off his meds, he admitted to the officers that he used cocaine.
