If you read carefully you'll notice she never says she got a ballot, just information about mail in voting. Probably a reminder email. She does try to imply she got one.
It also never says she didn't request it. I don't think she's above asking for it and then still posting crap for clout.

I canceled my CA voter registration a few weeks ago, and received email confirmation that it was canceled. I don't live in CA anymore but still have a house there, and it feels weird to skip an election, but it didn't feel right. They sent everyone mail in ballots and I've always voted in person and handed them over to be destroyed, so I had the opportunity but nah. I sent my TX voter registration at the same time and haven't received a confirmation. Now I'm in voter limbo. My vote never counted in CA anyway so it's no great loss. But wanted to do my part to turn Harris County red. :cries:

Go read her tweet again genius. She didn't say she got a ballot, although that's exactly what she wants you morons to think. She most likely got the CA voter information guide and was just trolling.
