How did it happen? Did they call your cell from a number you didn’t recognize? Did your phone say “spam risk” or whatever?
I ignore any call from a number I don’t recognize and I think most people do the same. So I wonder how the pollsters get 1,000 person samples almost every day in all these swing states.

I answered the phone. Lied and told them I was an independent who voted for Trump in 2016 and that I was voting Biden in 2020.
Boy that'll be an interesting find on election day.

I answered it. It was a recorded voice describing the survey and then asking who I would vote for for President.
I just said "none of your business."
It thanked me and hung up.
