I'm not really sure what you're asking, but as far as the "shame on you" comment, I would be one of the ones that the comment would apply to.

I never really paid attention to that kind of thing before just like I didn't pay attention to politics before. The only reason I pay attention now is because I've had over 4 months of too much time on my hands, no sports to follow and have become educated.

And that pisses me off because I was much happier when I naively buried my head in the sand and assumed that people who truly followed politics would ultimately do what's best for America, regardless of party. I could just merrily follow my sports and hobbies without regard to politics. Boy was I ever wrong.

Now, I'm educated.....

And sadly depressed and angry.

That's fairly easy. Almost anyone paying attention since Tienimen square has known that using China as part of their supply chain is something that could change rapidly. If you have not found alternate sources yet, I don't know what to tell you other than doubling down on stupid with a vote for biden is not your answer.
