Multiple students have won against universities exactly on those grounds. The fact it remains and universities are willing to foot the bill should tell you how much they are willing to pay to save face.

Here is an hypothetical for 3 AM if white man wanted to identify as a black female with mixed Native American heritage would the new Title IX protect in that situation.

That way he/she could grab up all the African American scholarships, the women scholarships, and the Native American scholarships.


By the end of the day, this confused person should be able to get a full ride and not have to worry about those pesky student loans in the future.
