I watched the sentencing phase, the judge was an absolute dick. the Governor is a full blown leftist, he had no choice when anothe woman got sentenced to probation, he had some cordial conversations with the Trump administration now go after that bitch Gena Griswald

If your ever found guilty of a misdemeanor but sentenced under felony guidelines, I hope you experience more grace & understanding from others than you're currently demonstrating.
Peters was specifically targeted on political grounds to be made an example of to the next time someone stumbled on their deliberate fraud, they wouldn't be bold enough to come forward and report their findings.

I only brought up the blatant failure by our resident idiot and made no comments about this
In fact, historically I've made very few comments about the sentencing portion of this case, which was clearly a bit punitive. The reason why I haven't focused on that is all of the lies about the situation like the ones Vox tried to push in this thread that needed correction.
There is such a mountain of dishonesty about clearly-established facts that we have to eliminate first before we can have the conversation about sentencing. Too many NPCs think she didn't even do anything wrong/illegal, and you can't have a productive or rational discussion about sentencing if the people participating in that discussion reject the reality of her clear criminal behavior.

It was the same thing in the dishonest thread yesterday about the proud boys case being dismissed by the DOJ being spun is some sort of exoneration that has impacts outside of an individual decision by the administration to dismiss the case. They melted down the LARP circle jerk bubble was popped in that thread too
