So... you're worried that Jesus didn't speak English?

No, but using an English word that has a different meaning from the words he actually spoke is criminal.

quote:

2 Thessalonians 1:8-10

8 He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. 9 They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might 10 on the day he comes to be glorified in his holy people and to be marveled at among all those who have believed. This includes you, because you believed our testimony to you.

Bad translation.
quote:

6 since [it is] a righteous thing with God to give back to those troubling you -- trouble,

7 and to you who are troubled -- rest with us in the revelation of the Lord Jesus from heaven, with messengers of his power,

8 in flaming fire, giving vengeance to those not knowing God, and to those not obeying the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ;

9 who shall suffer justice -- destruction age-during -- from the face of the Lord, and from the glory of his strength,

Judgment against the lost only lasts for the ages, not eternity. It's the 2nd death mentioned in Revelation, where Death and Hades are thrown in the Lake of Fire. There is no consciousness in the first death or second death.
So, Death is defeated at the end of the ages, where ALL men are made alive in Christ.

I Cor 15
quote:

12 Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?

13 But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen:

14 And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.

15 Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not.

16 For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised:

17 And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.

18 Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished.

19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.

20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept.

21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.

22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.

24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.

26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.

28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

3 orders of resurrection. 1: Christ, 2: Those that are his at his coming, 3: the end, When he delivers up the kingdom to the Father. Christ does not reign 'forever'. He reigns only until "he (the Father) hath put all enemies under his feet." Since the last enemy is Death, then those who are in the 'lake of fire' are in the third and final resurrection. Then, Christ gives the kingdom to God, and God becomes ALL in ALL. Not all in some. All of humanity with one day become one with God again, and there is no eternal Hell. The church made up eternal suffering in the after life to have control over the populace.

Should Christians vote for Trump? Trump isn’t a Christian or Godly man in any way, and all Christians swear that we need God in our government again, so why is Trump always the guy Christians vote for?

Yes. You have to be evil and retarded to vote Democrat.

Not your call, and also presumably false, since Trump claims to be a Christian.

I see truth is not your forte.

Because we're not evil or retarded. No offense.
