Tied Election to Be Broken for Arkansas Candidate Twice Too Late to Vote

Completely true, it was basically my hometown. Sadly he was a better candidate and his opponent is kind of a bitch. That said I've used the lumber store he worked for enough time I can promise he could have left for a few minutes to early vote.
