It doesn’t. Roger comes up with these truly awful “arguments” and thinks he has a gotcha. He didn’t know Mexico touches the Caribbean . He thought it was only on the Pacific. he is a buffoon. He didn’t know boats from Venezuela could get to Mexico or countries that border Mexico without going to the pacific.

I’m glad I could educate you to the fact that Venezuelan boats can get to Mexico and its neighboring countries without ever entering the pacific. Which is why, as I initially said, that “argument” is irrelevant.
