It means nothing, the only way to get Qatar to go along after Israel attacked a terrorist in Qatar was to do this, its meaningless to us because we all know Israel isn't really going to to attack Qatar. So, it makes it appear to Qatarites he go a concession.
And Mark is much better to listen unto than most. He laid out what was happening to Trump in March of 2017, else Trump would have never seen it come and probably would have had to have resigned. He told him it was basically a coup going on by the Obamaites.

The only way is to joke at this point. So maybe Israel should give us a large expensive jet and give us back 300 billion dollars we have given them.

I checked it and I believe the more common usage is miffed. I changed it.
