If I paid $25 million for an investigation and I had evidence the prosecutor decided not to use that was damning, I think I’d ask for my money back. Or at least a credit of some sort.

Did you expect anything less? There was always going to be Democrats both in Congress and in the media who would never be able to accept the reality of the situation. They have become so invested in this charade that they will continue to push it through 2020 and beyond (should Trump get reelected).
When the Mueller Report is made public and people become aware of its findings, the majority of the country will move on. This will not be a major campaign issue in the next election if Barr's summary of the report is accurate.

No kidding. Mueller was going scorched Earth and found very little. The worst was tax fraud. If the Dems really have some damming evidence are we to believe that they withheld it from Mueller?

Well, obviously if they would have covered it, he'd be being charged with collusion, obstruction, emoluments things, money laundering and tax evasion.
