So about 3,000 Nazis are holed up underneath a steel mill and the Russians are going to flood them out. Watch the water.

quote:

WATER PUMPS TO DESTROY 3000 NAZIS OF THE UKRAINIAN REGIMENT AZOV IN THE UNDERGROUND OF THE ASOSTVAL STEEL MILL

quote:

Fire trucks head to the Azovstal steel mill in the south of Mariupol, Ukraine... but there is no fire. The trucks will be used to pump water into the plant, to flush out or drown the three thousand Nazis of the Azov Regiment holed up in the vast dungeons under the plant. Each fire truck will pump about 35,000 gallons per hour into the underground complex through the above-ground air ducts until all Nazi troops drown or come out into the open.

The Azovstal steel complex is an important infrastructure for Ukraine and the region. It is thought that damaging it with anti-bunker bombs to get to the Nazi AZOV regiment, the Biolab workers and the (alleged) NATO officers hiding from Russian troops there, is too high a price to pay. A Russian official who asked to remain anonymous declares "The Nazis have no value, as humans or anything. The steel mill, on the other hand, is quite valuable and important."

Gotta translate into Engrish

I can tell by the downvote that we have at least one Nazi sympathizer among us.

Are the Russians blasting The Rains Of Castamere on speakers while doing this?

Something important is in there as I think a few helicopters have been sacrificed for the cause. Not sure about biolabs, maybe NATO guys. The sinking of the Russian ship is just going to ramp up the war as the west promotes the idea that Ukraine can win and Russia will probably respond in ugly fashion.

I must say that I like this tactic. Either they will have to hold their breath for a very long time or they will have to come out....presumably sitting ducks. :) This is creative.

Well, according to the story they don't want to destroy the steel mill for whatever reason. I guess it's a lucrative business or something. Seems strange that they would sacrifice helos for a steel mill though.

If Nazis are holed up there there's no telling what can be found down there.

Yeah, Russia wants to save something or they would have just obliterated it with missiles.

The Ukrainian billionaire Rinat Akhmetov owns the mill. Apparently he’s that influential.

Yeah, I would say that's quite influential if that's the reason they aren't just bombing the mill. Flooding them out is quite the convoluted plan when you could just lob some missiles at it instead.

If the mill is considered important infrastructure, they probably don’t want to damage it if they plan on holding the area afterwards.

Given what country this is, I’m surprised they aren’t using the same anesthetic gas they used on that theater hostage situation some years back that killed most of the hostages by accident.

Exactly. Giving them all this crap is delaying the inevitable. It’s not our problem so if we made the decision to stay out we need to stay out and let Europe deal with it. But there is a reason Ukraine first begged for a no fly zone and now they are begging for tanks and armored vehicles. Russia blew all their equipment to shite the first 2 weeks of this. The idea that because Russia hasn’t occupied the entire country means Ukraine is winning is asinine and being pushed by our media.

And you can’t make a logical statement like that without being a “Putin Sympathizer”. You can acknowledge that the Ukrainian people are brave and willing to fight but they don’t have the technological ability to do so long term with Russia. It’s a fact. And the longer this goes the more force Russia will use.

Same with us in Iraq. We changed our rules of engagement to get the job done.

Yeah, Ukraine has lost at least 5 helicopters and a boat trying to rescue some important NATO people from that plant. It'll be interesting to see who is helping AZOV.

Russia likes steel.

A steel mill in Pueblo, Colorado is owned by Evraz, one of Russia’s major steel-producing companies. Evraz's biggest shareholder is a good friend of Putin's.
