Why did popular vote totals only matter in a defeat?
Other than 2004 the democrats have won the popular vote in every election since y2k. They haven't won every election because the electoral college prevails.
Do I think more people voted against him in 2020 than 2016? Yes. Do I think more people voted FOR Biden? No.

I don't think the election was stolen simply because if the state races lost in those states.

I feel like if you repeat something long enough , people will believe it.
For weeks before the election we were told "if I lose, it was rigged" "watch for the rigged mail in votes".
Had the election gone the other way, the people saying it was rigged would say it was fair.

None of that changes 2024. And 2024 couldn't happen without 2020. Pendulums always swing back.
