Well, yeah the desperation and anxiety of the Democrats building and building over the 4 years gave way to a tenacity in the Democrats that caught everyone off guard. I think they'd have rather been dead than to be smacked around by Trump for another 4 years. There's really nothing they weren't willing to do, if possible. And manipulating national elections really ain't exactly a terrifically rare thing. It happens around the world, and it happens on very large scales.
