There is no doubt Judicial overreach is threatening our republic.

Should America’s constitutional republic ever fall, the most likely cause of death will be its corrupt institutions. Democrats today are so hostile toward conservative members of the Supreme Court that justices have been the targets of assassination attempts and public mobs. Prominent Democrat politicians openly call for a future Democrat president and Congress to pack the Supreme Court with partisan apparatchiks. Democrat lawmakers already describe the conservative-leaning Court as “illegitimate” and a “threat to democracy” -- not-so-subtle rhetorical invitations for violent knuckle-draggers from their own party to “protect democracy” by murdering “illegitimate” justices.
Non-leftists (Republicans, conservatives, constitutionalists, and defenders of personal liberty) have their own serious issues with the federal courts. For decades, Democrats in the Senate have been unscrupulous in their willingness to scuttle judicial nominees from Republican presidents by orchestrating elaborate smear campaigns designed to make confirmations impossible.

Doesn't help we have a Chief Justice that refuses to step up and block these rogue judges from running amok.
That John Roberts was awol when it was clear the Cabal stole the 2020 Presidential Election is clear. All he had to do was rule the AG and Secretaries of State in those swing states failed to comply with their legislatures on election law and rule to void the election.....period. Last time I checked the individual State Legislatures enact voting laws.
Then there was this obamacare debacle. The democrats passed obamacare without the American people knowing what was in it. They even bragged the legislation passed because the people were dumb. Even the airhead Nancy Pelosi boasted,"We have to pass the bill before we know what's in it". Yep, a major piece of legislation was passed (I don't recall Congress even debated this legislation) without giving the Republicans a chance to probe the features of obamacare. And all John Roberts did was make his stupid argument that the law was a tax.
Now we await John Robert's ruling on Tariffs. Given his tendency to rule with the democrats (plus he's not a friend of Donald Trump), I'm not opptimistic SCOTUS will rule in favor of tariffs. I predict Robert's will make his stupid "tax" argument again and rule that the U.S.Congress is the only branch of government authorized to pass a tax. The problem with that? The Republicans are so divided, they'll never pass a Tariff plan. Then when and if the democrat regain power they will raise taxes again and raise them alot. IMO, as far as many of the politicians in Congress right now it's all about protecting their seniority in Congress. Did I mention the deep pocketed lobbyists and their special interest undermining the will of the people?
Donald Trump and his "America First Initiative" dared to put the needs and hopes of ordinary tax paying Americans ahead of the special interest Globalist / Commie Cabal. Included in the "special interest" mix is the illegal immigration lobby. As it applies to illegal immigration, it was a simple scheme - demonocats killed off all their future voters through abortion and they needed to pump up their numbers in those population areas ahead of the Census. IMO that's why they tried to assassinate him twice.
Bottom line, I agree Judicial overeach is destroying our Republic, and John Roberts is awol.

Heck, it is almost as if Americans really needed to witness the criminality of these players in DC in order to accept what POTUS Trump must do now in order to save the USA from that criminal enterprise.
