There is anti-conservative bias on Twitter, but. . .

Hearing Nunes talk about the suit, and how insults and such caused him severe mental and emotional distress. . .
Nunes may be a bit of a bitch.
Definitely a snowflake, though.
Toughen up, buttercup. Life is hard, and you don't have to have a right to not be offended.

His suit is a clear assault on free speech...but people are going to be partisan and ignore what I would guess are their free speech principles.

Actually reading more about it, he may have a case and iS filing this as an individual. For those reasons, it's not as bad.
I understand it, I don't think he's being a snowflake. He has some really good points as to how Twitter may have conspired to allow people to defame while not allowing rebuttal
The part I disagree with is the larger picture about attacking conservatives, though he very well may have a strong individual case.

If they do grant discovery Twitter as we know it is toast.
There is no way to cover up the bias that exists in the moderation of the platform and more importantly it will show that Twitter does not meet the viewpoint as a "limited public forum" and a platform that should not be regulated and instead is a media publisher that can and should be.
This is one of those funny little lawsuits that may have billions tied to it long term.
