If you've not been there yet, would recommend the most definitive book on the little cabal from The Institute of Social Research in Frankfurt ever.
Considering the subject matter, there has never been a more apt title than Cry Havoc! by Ralph de Toledano the co-Founder of the National Review with Buckley.
Buckley never did venture there himself, but he gave his associate a glowing review on the book.
It appears to be in the public domain now, so can be found on the Internet.
Another warning we were given early enough, but conveniently looked the other way as if the entire nation was in some sort of induced trance.
Now here we are.
