Agreed. It all should snap into focus for folks who didn't follow in real time, since the Uranium One deal has the same cast of characters as many of our Spygate players beginning in 2016, including "Honest" Bob Muller.

MTG’s take on this is classic selective outrage dressed up as some big revelation.
It was basic campaign optics control — the same thing every serious campaign does with fringe elements that could drag the whole event into “extremist” headlines.
Reports from 2019–2021 (and her own claimed observations in 2024) show staff sometimes told people to flip shirts, ditch signs, or tone down the most obvious Q stuff. Q symbols still showed up plenty at rallies anyway.
Trump pointed at crowds, played Q aligned Music that was literally titled WWG1WGA, and winked at the base when it helped.
This wasn’t unique to the Q community; it was standard “don’t let the weirdest 5–10%” sometimes INJECTED BAD ACTORS in the Q community define the MAGA movement.
Campaigns have done the same with other loud subgroups over the years.
The real weak spot in her argument: her own history
What makes her version especially flimsy is that MTG was one of the loudest QAnon promoters for years.
She posted videos calling Q a “patriot,” said many of the 4chan drops had “really proven to be true,” and pushed the broader cabal narrative.
Then, when it became a political liability right after her 2020 election win and during the 2021 committee fights, she pivoted hard. She, like the Trump campaign didn’t want to let “lthe weirdest 5–10% sometimes INJECTED BAD ACTORS in the Q community define who she was.
She told Republican colleagues she no longer believed the “misinformation, lies, and things that weren’t true,” got a standing ovation from some in the room, and distanced herself to protect her position.
Now in 2026 she’s suddenly the defender of the Q crowd, scolding Trump for the exact kind of distancing she did when it suited her.
Like I said… a total loser.
