It's interesting you say that...there was a "Kansas City Highway Shooter", Oscar Sanchez-Munoz who is accused of shooting at five vehicles in Kansas City, killing one person and injuring four others. There's been a manhunt for the last 5 days with no results...AG Blanche said in an interview Tuesday that he believed Sanchez-Munoz is dead, but Kansas City police say the suspect hasn’t been located.
