I live in Austin Texas and I have seen with my own eyes car insurance companies specifically made to insure people who are illegals.
So yes. Insurance companies will do anything to make a dollar. The biggest reason why we're in the healthcare mess that were in, medical malpractice insurance is bankrupting doctors, and car insurance lobbyists are the ones that changed politicians mind's to where we all have to wear seatbelts all of the time.

Car insurance companies won't insure a vehicle after an accident.
So no, they won't do anything for money.
Of course, they will insurance illegal aliens with drivers licenses. That's not a surprise as it's within their business model to offer insurance to licensed drivers. They don't ask for birth certificates. I not one that has an issue with them doing so.
I think it's dumb to document undocumented aliens and then continue to call them undocumented though.
So no, they won't do anything for money.
