If no decision as to the outcome of the presidential election is not known by January 20, 2021, Nancy Pelosi becomes president.

I believe we would already be well within a Civil War by that point. But Nancy is welcome to be the President of Idiocracy.

Naa it would go up to the SCOTUS before all that. Unchecked fraud from mail in voting is the real threat.

If neither candidate gets to 270, due to ongoing disputation, doesn't it go to the House, where they would vote by state delegations individually, and Republicans would win 26 states to 24 or something like that?
