When I was working late nights at the naval observatory you fricks were out to tell me I was stupid at all hours of the day.
Where are you now? Old and sleeping?

I am older. I do go to bed early. But I also wake up early. It's certainly not too early to tell you you're stupid, but rather than just hurl insults, I'd rater have more of a debate.
Generally, the frustrating part dealing with you, is evidence presented to disprove your rant/stance goes ignored. It's like you only want to debate one side of the issue without considering the whole. I don't have time or the will for those games anymore.

My guess, if he does work there, is the IT department.
Will have to stroll around Monday morning and see who has a spiderman fetish at their workspace

I drive by there about twice per month for my appointments at Bethesda, but have never actually gone in there. Didn't realize so many folks worked in DC.

I notice a definite lull between 6 and 8 a.m. on weekdays that doesn't happen on the OT.
