If you're a veteran, attention to detail should be second nature. If not, it's excusable I guess. Last I checked the President is still Commander in Chief and on Dec. 7, 2020 that was Donald. J. Trump.
Although the details for administering each COVID-19 vaccine depend on the terms, conditions, and requirements of the specific EUA, it is expected that COVID-19 vaccination will be voluntary until any vaccine receives full FDA approval and licensure.

Not really. Context is key. If memory serves, that's exactly what happened and as a result a shtload of people were kicked out, injured and even some deaths occured.

The vaccine that Trump approved never got FDA approval. The military mandate came solely from Biden after an alternate version won FDA approval

Sure buddy, and you still aren't paying attention to detail.
He allowed the framework to mandate the jabs for the military. It would have been very easy to oppose and remove such language, but he did not.
I voted for Trump twice, but I wouldn't cross the street to a third time. The dumbass still doesn't get it.
