eta-His absolutely constant crying to both the US and NATO to bail his arse out proves to me that he's been essentially a puppet. Without a very close relationship I don't see his requests being so pleading as they are.
He fully expected to be protected and now sees he got played.

I don't think he is totally innocent in all of this. I think all 3 parties(or more) had a hand in this unraveling.

180 gallons. pshhhhh A typical large locomotive has a 5000 gallon fuel tank.
Union Pacific passed the US Navy as the #1 consumer of diesel/fuel oil a number of years ago. About the time they mothballed the battleships I think.
Fuel surcharges are going to be big the way things are going.

I'm basing it off actual accounts from people living in those towns. Seems a little more accurate than Russia state media when they're battling a bunch of negativity due to a lack of progress this week.

You have to assume both governments are saying whatever they need to for th most part. Actual people may have their own agendas as well but should be more reliable.
You really just gotta piece together what you can from various sources and video evidence

That looks nothing like what was in the video. There were hundreds of green tents that were clearly somewhat new. The fact that the base existed for years and was apparently decommissioned doesn’t say much. They still could have used the space with the new war
