Go back and look at the OP of this thread, you fricking idiot. There was no "building" being done there. The title of the thread is taken directly from the words of a Senator who was briefed on the speech. No claims were made in the OP. It was a link from a US Senator urging people to watch, an avenue to watch, and a countdown to when it began. That's it.
