Yeah, but her attractiveness has nothing to do with my point. If you look at her head v. body size and then compare it to other Latin American winners she looks like a starving waif.
This is not the look of runway models. Especially today since runway models are getting pretty damn heavy. I think this is purposeful propaganda by the govt.

Venezuela started losing professional people as soon as Hugo Chavez was elected. They knew he would take over their businesses. They relocated to neighboring countries and the US. They've done well and they send back scarce items like household goods. But they can't send back food since it's perishable.
