Fine. There is no evidence to support it and he implicates Rosenstein and O’Callaghan as being present during the conversation which would make him the worst liar ever.
Him lying about Mueller's reaction to his 4 page letter shows him to be the liar that he is.

The OLC opinion made it so that he wasn't allowed to reach a conclusion. How does that not alter his decision?
That’s not what it’s saying. The OLC prohibits him from indicting regardless of the ultimate conclusion. It does not prevent him from reaching it. As I’ve stated a dozen times since the report was issued, the OLC opinion gave Mueller the ability to say “I don’t know” instead of just “yes” or “no.” And he said “I don’t know.” But the media - based on completely false pretenses - took it as “yes, but can’t indict.” That’s a lie.
And you just ran with this completely false talking point because ....wait for it .... you wanted it to be true.

Here read just about the 10th paragraph and report back here.
Lemme help you a bit; the 10-or close to 11th paragraph of the WaPo article.
Lemme help you a bit; the 10-or close to 11th paragraph of the WaPo article.
quote:
Barr is scheduled to appear Wednesday morning before the Senate Judiciary Committee — a much-anticipated public confrontation between the nation’s top law enforcement official and Democratic lawmakers, where he is likely to be questioned at length about his interactions with Mueller.
A day after Mueller sent his letter to Barr, the two men spoke by phone for about 15 minutes, according to law enforcement officials.
In that call, Mueller said he was concerned that media coverage of the obstruction investigation was misguided and creating public misunderstandings about the office’s work, according to Justice Department officials. Mueller did not express similar concerns about the public discussion of the investigation of Russia’s election interference, the officials said. Barr has testified previously he did not know whether Mueller supported his conclusion on obstruction.
When Barr pressed Mueller on whether he thought Barr’s memo to Congress was inaccurate, Mueller said he did not but felt that the media coverage of it was misinterpreting the investigation, officials said.
In their call, Barr also took issue with Mueller calling his memo a “summary,” saying he had never intended to summarize the voluminous report, but instead provide an account of its top conclusions, officials said.
Justice Department officials said that, in some ways, the phone conversation was more cordial than the letter that preceded it, but that the two men did express some differences of opinion about how to proceed.
Barr said he did not want to put out pieces of the report, but rather issue the document all at once with redactions, and that he didn’t want to change course, according to officials.
In prepared written remarks for Wednesday's hearing, Barr said he "did not believe that it was in the public interest to release additional portions of the report in piecemeal fashion, leading to public debate over incomplete information."
Barr also gave Mueller his personal phone number and told him to call if he had future concerns, officials said.

Im with you in the grand scheme of things, but the OLC memo prohibits nothing...it's merely opinion and not binding in any way. Mueller only used it as an excuse for him to not have to conclude "no crime to prosecute, case closed". Mueller was too chickenshit to commit to that, thus rewinding the clock and hilariously claiming "we actually werent looking for any crime by Trump in the first place per guidance of OLC memo". Mueller is desperately trying to minimize the fact that he wasted a whole bunch of time and money.

Flashback: April 9. CRIST: Reports have emerged recently, general, that members of the Special Counsel's team are frustrated at some level with the limited information included in your March 24th letter ... Do you know what they are referencing with that? BARR: No, I don't.

There is no ambiguity here. He knowingly lied to congressman Crist here.
To call this a desperate grasping at straws is to give it much more legitimacy than it deserves.
You have got to be kidding. No ambiguity? We don’t even know who in the hell Crist was referring to.
Mueller isn’t a member of his own team. Whether or not he is upset about the letter is entirely immaterial. The question isn’t about the Special Counsel. In fact, it specifically delineates Mueller from his team. Even the ridiculously biased media would call this a pitiful attempt.
Further, inconsequential matters aren’t going to lead to perjury charges. Even if we hypothetically assert that he lied, this question is the height of pointless.
Take your TDS meds then come back and try another tack.

It's pretty clear who he was referring to. I would say that Mueller is a member of the Special Counsel's team, wouldn't you?

Here read it again, outloud if you have to. THE POINT is: WaPo pulled the old fake headline trick and dems are calling to impeach AG Barr. While the 10th paragraph dismisses there fake outrage and premise. BTW: honest Bob has Barr's personal cell number.

The irony in the fact that there is no "10th paragraph" in what you quoted is just Chef's Kiss perfection.

It’s based on sound constitutional principles. The last thing Mueller and the DOJ want is for him to indict Trump and then the Supreme Court say “you can’t do that.”

Why hasn't your hero Schiff dropped the big bomb on the Orange Bad Man?

Stop being obtuse. I only quoted from the 10th or so paragraph down. If "one' were to read the entire article. The 10th paragraph dismisses the entire false dem/MSM outrage of Barr lied about special council Mueller's findings, and needs impeached. How far down in the article does it say "Barr is scheduled to appear Wednesday"? I believe it is the 10th paragraph, no?
