That's a good question. Problem is, nobody can answer that with 100% certainty. If you base the answer on what is likely & the overwhelming majority of those being charged with a crime amounts to little more than trespassing, then the answer would be "yes".
Another problem with your take continues to be that you refuse to acknowledge, and/or choose to ignore, the fact that simply wearing a MAGA hat or waving a Trump flag doesn't make you a Trump supporter. Until you clear that small hurdle, you'll remain as you are...clueless.
