So Ashley Babbit deserved to be shot as she broke glass and tried to squirt through the door as weak kneed Capitol “police” told her to stop? Nope, she did not as she posed no threat of serious bodily injury or death to anyone.
Same as dude CBP killed in MN. Different sides of political spectrum and neither deserved to be executed.
Read the US Constitution and USSC case law on use of force, but based on your post history, you won’t as your Neocon hatred keeps you warm.
Nothing “Rebel” about you…Confederate Rebels stood up against a lawless Federal govt and you’re a Neocon jackboot cheerleader.
“Rebel” my arse…you’re one of the biggest sycophants on here championing the FoxNews talking points. Freaking facist bot.

What case law or LEO agency policy allows this???? Answer: NONE
Of course there is. Let’s say a criminal has a toy gun during an escape from a bank robbery and points it at a cop. The cop doesn’t know it’s a toy but a reasonable person would and therefore is not murder if he kills the criminal.
It depends.

Yes…actions that would lead a reasonable police officer to think he or others is subject to serious bodily injury or death.
That is NOT any of the facts in CBP shooting of VA nurse/combat vet.
I’m retired state/Federal LEO…it’s negligent homicide/manslaughter. Period. End of story. We as LEOs are required by agency policies, state laws, federal laws and case law to positively identify the source of the threat before engaging.
They did no such thing; change the politics to a J6er like Ashley Babbit…it was wrong there and its wrong here.
