Honestly it probably makes him a bigger target. If he was blaxican, he could plead some race card. This removes that strategy. I personally don't care as long as he's tried as an adult and hopefully gets the needle.

He is listed as "White" because on most government forms, there are usually five choices for "race" as follows: (1) White, (2) Black or African American, (3) American Indian or Alaska Native, (4) Asian, and (5) Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander.
"Latino" or "Hispanic" is treated as "ethnicity" rather than "race."

It's a linguistic group in reality.
There is nothing racially similar between European Argentinians and Aztec Mexicans.

Hispanics are always white, ethnicity is hispanic. Kind of more alarming you and others arent aware of this.
