So let me get this straight, your son enlists in the military knowing the risks involved, gets killed, and you want to blame others?

It’s a shame that risk includes an incompetent President.

He should have blocked traffic and the motorcade to get his message across. He’d be free.

frick your decorum. Such a bitch position. There’s this thing called the 1st Amendment that outranks your decorum.

Where was Biden’s “decorum” when he was standing on the airstrip checking his watch when the bodies of the dead servicemen killed in the base attack where in route?

No, it doesn't.

You're for having a riot as long as it's a guy you don't agree with that is the target.

I'm guessing you'd be calling for people to be jailed if they did the same if Trump was the target.

A guy shouting down the President, in Congress, during the SOTU?

While I agree with his position, there does need to be some decorum otherwise you'd have chaos with the entire gallery joining in.

So what should the punishment be for 13 dead troops due to incompetence leading the most powerful and most expensive military?

frick that POS and that disaster of a withdrawal that got our men and women killed, got our partners and their families murdered, and made a terrorist orginzation one of the best outfitted militaries in the Middle East with the billions in equipment we left behind. He can and will be burning in one of the deepest pits of hell when he punches his time card.

Yeah removal from the chamber and a $50 fine with no court date is really controlling the masses.

There have been people removed from Trump’s rallies for speaking out, but they weren’t jailed or charged with a crime. There were “journalists” that criticized Trump while in office and interrupted him at the White House during press conferences, they weren’t charged with a crime.

But it is amazing I learn something new each time I’m on this forum. Tonight I learned that “decorum” outranks an individual’s 1st Amendment rights.

You gonna address Biden’s “decorum” on checking his watch with dead servicemen in route or you just gonna conveniently ignore that one?

Simply put, stop defending the piece of shite.

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

It's a public space. It's the most public space there is, IMO. The People own this country, not the government.

The man has First Amendment guarantees to present grievances, speak in public, etc. This was clearly a grievance and he gets vast amounts of latitude to present a grievance, particularly in this set of circumstances. Biden is the CIC of the military, how else could this man ever get such an opportunity to present his grievance over the death of his son, which was certainly caused by the reckless and negligent behavior of this traitor, Biden?

He didn't shout down the President. The speech was never stopped. The President was never impeded in any way from delivering the speech.

How many times do the people clap forever during these speeches? There's more of an interruption there than what this guy did. Should they also be arrested? It seems self-evident that a grievance from the citizenry is afforded a lot more latitude than the fawning applause from a group of politicians.

Giving this man sufficient time to present his grievance and then asking him to refrain further is acceptable. Removing after may also be acceptable. Charging him with a crime is chilling upon further speech by him and others and violates the First Amendment. Are we to never interrupt a politician now? Are people with badges and guns supposed to insulate elected leaders from hearing the public, or punish the People after they insure they are heard? That's despotic.

It's absurd to think this is a crime. I hope a major law firm takes this pro bono and fights this, no matter what, even if the charges are dropped. This is another overreach by the federal government to chill our First Amendment rights, it should be met with litigation and there should be consequences for the government in terms of a judgment, punitive costs etc. This type of behavior by government is not acceptable.

If politicians can negligently or even rightly send us to war and put our people in the ground, and be shielded from the outcry from the public later, then we are done as a nation.
