Sure, but that comes with the territory of using loopholes. His agenda can only be blocked to the extent that it is vulnerable to blocking.
Noem was also let go for a reason. To date, the border front under his admin has been noisy and contentious… but not particularly effective.
That’s just what it is.

how was it different under Obama? the only thing i have seen about the Obama era deportations was he was sued by the ACLU, kind of funny they sued him
