I'm kinda curious as to how a UK news agency even knows that file exists? I suspect that neither LBJ nor CIA director McCone allowed notes to be taken. Ergo, there is no file to release

Author James Johnston says some files hasn't been released yet.

He says the document could help answer questions about any possible involvement from Cuba.

Is Author Johnston making some baseless claims or not of the existence is said files?

So some files that he thinks exist "could" answer questions.

Too much iffy shite going on here.
