The cost of free-dom

Pretty tired of all this talk from the progressives about free healthcare, free childcare, free bus rides, low to no rent, low cost government grocery stores, etc. They talk about all of this free stuff and claim that ‘taxing the rich’ will pay for it. That’s a non-answer…it’s just a soundbite.

Hannity tried to get an answer from a Florida DSA candidate this week and the dude froze. People need to demand that these people show their plans…defining ‘the rich’ and detailing how ‘the rich’ will be taxed. How much money will this bring in and how do they determine where it goes and who gets it and how much.

Mandan talks shite about how he balanced NYC’s budget within a few months, but didn’t mention Hochul’s $1.5B gift to do it.
