It has already started. They will pivot back to obstruction of justice. Even though the entire investigation was a sham, Trump still obstructed justice because _______ insert Flynn’s name, tweeting about the investigation, firing Comey etc. They will also use the word intent frequently which they will fail to see the irony in

Yes Obstruction of Justice is a likely talking point they will use.
Even though a President can't technically obstruct justice, and he sure as hell can't obstruct justice over a non-crime.

It has never been done but is technically feasible.
