Supreme Court won’t take DACA case this year

Big disappointment.
Hopefully they will take up the case next year.

I’m also concerned about Brett K. Not sure if he can be trusted to be a conservative

he wont vote as a conservative, but i think he will vote as the constitution is written and not legislate from the bench or try to bend the constitution to fit a SJW narrative and that is what i want. politics need to be removed from the SCOTUS

Kavanaugh will vote like the global political establishment wants, just like Roberts. He's a card carrying member.

We need another appointment to get around John Roberts cowardliness and that means filling a liberal justice's seat.

Probably not.

Which is why it's stupid for anyone to think Trump's "compromise" was anything but a non-starter. DACA is already protected.
