Did he though? He's still saying the election was rigged. He had a rally in Washington DC the day they certified the vote. He did everything opposite of what someone who was willing to transfer power typically does. He blames Mike Pence for not standing up to 50 states who certified their votes.
Trumps not a dictator, but he's not a servant leader either.
