Steele Dossier Origins

Does anyone have a link detailing the where Christopher Steele got his dossier information? I heard Tucker say Steele used Russian sources but can't find a creditable article detailing exactly where Steele claimed he got the dossier information. TIA

Tribnikov and Serkov (sp?). I'll have to look through Dan Bongino's show notes to find the article.
